There is a web-based application that I am trying to use and I have a new installation of Windows Vista and it’s not working with the web application. When I run the system checker for this online application I get an error “Run-time error ‘339′: Component ‘MSCOMMCT3N.OCX’ or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.
